Nap OS Workforce is designed for graduates and job seekers who need credible evidence of what they can do. The product sells access to Irish research and development project briefs, structured review by a Nap OS Project Manager, project verification and a reference limited to the work that was actually reviewed. The monthly plan is €49.99. A separate €999 one-time plan provides project and career support until the customer gets a job, subject to clear service terms. Neither plan sells employment. Employment is not guaranteed.
What Nap OS customers buy
A Nap OS customer chooses a brief in Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Research, Product or Data. The brief should define the problem, expected deliverables, evidence requirements and review standard. The participant completes the work, explains the decisions made and responds to Project Manager feedback. The finished record can include the original brief, work files, a short method statement, reviewer comments, revisions and final verification. This gives an employer more to inspect than a line on a CV.
The reference must remain precise. It should identify the project, dates, deliverables, review criteria and the participant’s response to feedback. It should not claim that the participant was employed by the partner company unless that was genuinely the case. It should not become a general character reference or a promise that the participant will perform equally well in every future role. Accuracy protects the candidate, the employer and Nap OS.
Why human Project Manager review matters
AI can generate research summaries, spreadsheets, campaign plans, code and presentation drafts. That makes creation faster, but the existence of a polished file no longer proves who understood the problem. Human review adds an accountable checkpoint. A Project Manager can ask the participant to explain assumptions, defend trade-offs, correct an error and revise the output. The review record shows process and ownership, not only the final surface.
Personnel-selection research has long treated relevant work samples as useful predictors of job performance. That does not make every portfolio project a validated selection test, and Nap OS should not market it as one without validation. The practical conclusion is narrower: a completed, relevant and reviewed piece of work can provide richer evidence than an unsupported skills claim. The strongest Nap OS deliverable is therefore the evidence trail around the project, not a certificate by itself. [1]
The two Nap OS pricing choices
The €49.99 monthly Workforce Subscription is the lower-risk entry point. It suits someone who wants to test the process, complete a focused project and cancel when the service is no longer needed. The checkout and account area should show the final price, billing frequency, renewal date, included reviews, response times and a simple cancellation route. If a customer pauses, the terms should explain what happens to access, open reviews and stored work.
The €999 one-time plan needs a visibly broader service. At €49.99 per month, €999 equals almost 20 monthly payments. The premium is credible only if the plan includes defined extras such as multiple briefs, priority review, career planning, application feedback, interview preparation or longer support availability. The phrase until you get a job also needs a written definition of job, active participation, reasonable usage, pauses and the event that ends support. It describes the support period. It is not a job guarantee.
Current price comparison
Published prices below were checked on 25 September 2026. These services are not identical, so price alone is not a quality ranking. Buyers should confirm current prices, VAT treatment and exact inclusions before purchasing.
| Provider and published price | Main offer | Advantages | Limitations |
| Nap OS €49.99 monthly €999 one-time | Irish R&D project briefs, human Project Manager review, project verification and a reference limited to the work reviewed. The €999 plan adds longer-term project and career support. | Creates new portfolio evidence. Low monthly entry price. Human feedback and a review record can help an employer inspect how the work was completed. | The participant must complete the work. Brief and reviewer capacity affect value. This is not job placement, and employment is not guaranteed. |
| The Career Coach €700 Jobseeker plan | Published plan includes 30-day club access, four coaching sessions, CV and cover letter work, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interview support and offer negotiation tips. [2] | Broad job-search preparation in one package, with live coaching and interview practice. | Higher upfront price. The published plan does not list a completed R&D project, independent project verification or a Project Manager reference. |
| CV Clinic Ireland €350 CV and LinkedIn €795 Job Search Partner | The €795 offer lists CV and LinkedIn positioning, application targeting, reviews, interview preparation and weekly check-ins over four weeks. [3] | Direct, practical support across application materials and interviews. Several price levels are available. | Published packages focus on positioning and job-search execution. They do not list a reviewed R&D project as the core deliverable. |
| Leap Coaching €160 review €310 one profile €600 CV and LinkedIn | Senior-management CV and LinkedIn review or writing services aimed mainly at senior and leadership candidates. [4] | Clear one-off prices and specialist executive positioning, backed by senior HR and coaching experience. | Less directly aligned with graduates who need first evidence of applied work. The published offer does not include project verification. |
| Forage Free | Self-paced virtual job simulations designed with employers, with model answers and completion certificates. [5] | No cost, open access, flexible timing and a broad choice of employer-designed simulations. | The service states there are no live sessions. A certificate is useful, but it is different from one-to-one review by an Irish Project Manager and a work-specific reference. |
How the offers differ
Conventional coaching is often strongest when a candidate already has experience but needs to present it better. CV writing, LinkedIn positioning and interview practice solve that problem directly. Free simulations are useful for exploration and practice. Nap OS addresses a different gap: producing new project evidence, then attaching a human review and a work-specific reference to it. Candidates who only need a CV rewrite may find a specialist writing service more economical. Candidates who lack demonstrable local work may place more value on the Nap OS model.
Irish rules that shape the service
Consumer service standards apply. Under Irish consumer law, a paid service must match its description, be supplied with reasonable care and skill and deliver any specific features agreed with the buyer. A disclaimer cannot remove Nap OS’s obligation to supply promised briefs, reviews or support. If a service is missing or materially below the agreed standard, remedies can include correction, a price reduction or cancellation. [6]
Online customers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period. If they ask Nap OS to start during that period and later cancel, a reasonable proportion may be payable for service already supplied. If the service is fully performed within the period under the required conditions, the right to cancel may end. The purchase flow should explain the right, the method, any immediate-start request and any proportionate charge before payment. [7]
Nap OS must protect the boundary between career support and employment agency activity. Irish employment agencies require a licence, and an agency cannot charge an individual for seeking or finding employment arrangements. Nap OS should charge for named project and career-support deliverables, not for placement, an introduction or access to a vacancy. If the operating model includes arranging placements, screening for employers or acting as an intermediary, Nap OS should obtain Irish legal advice and confirm the licensing position with the Workplace Relations Commission before launch. [8] [9]
Project work also needs a clear legal structure. The Workplace Relations Commission states that minimum-wage rules apply to work experience placements, work trials, internships and other employment practices involving unpaid work. A learning brief should therefore avoid disguising productive unpaid labour for a company. Nap OS can use sandboxed data, hypothetical or safely scoped problems and portfolio deliverables. If a company directs real productive work or receives operational value, the parties should assess worker status, pay and written terms before the project begins. [10]
Marketing must distinguish a career-support service from a vacancy or guaranteed outcome. Claims such as verified, Irish R&D project or Project Manager reference must be supported by records and used consistently. The statement Employment is not guaranteed should appear near the €999 claim, not only in small print. Irish consumer guidance treats false, deceptive or incomplete information as misleading advertising, while the Advertising Standards Authority code requires clear distinctions between employment, business opportunities and training. [11] [12]
Finally, Nap OS will handle contact details, CVs, LinkedIn information, project files and reviewer notes. GDPR requires a lawful basis, transparency, data minimisation, defined retention and appropriate security. Marketing emails normally require affirmative consent unless the limited existing-customer exception applies, and every recipient needs a clear opt-out. Service access and review decisions should also be applied consistently and without unlawful discrimination. [13] [14] [15]
The honest reason to choose Nap OS
Nap OS should make one defensible promise: it will provide the agreed project brief, human review process and evidence record with reasonable care. The participant still has to do the work, apply for suitable roles and perform in recruitment. The €49.99 plan offers a practical way to test that process. The €999 plan can serve people who need a longer runway, but only when its scope is specific enough to judge. Project evidence can strengthen a candidate’s story. It cannot guarantee employment, and Nap OS should never suggest otherwise.
Legal note This article provides general information, not legal advice. Nap OS should have an Irish solicitor review the final terms, checkout flow and operating model before sale.
