What this role is

A Founding Team Member at Napblog Limited works directly at the intersection of product, operations, and growth. You'll co-own real responsibilities — not shadow tasks — and your contributions will be publicly verifiable on Nap OS.

This role is for someone who is self-directed, execution-obsessed, and motivated by building something from scratch alongside a founding team that is 100% committed to its mission.

What you'll work on

  • Nap OS product growth — user acquisition, onboarding, and retention
  • Content, thought leadership, and community building across LinkedIn and beyond
  • AI tooling, automation, and NapAI development support
  • Go-to-market execution for new product features and partnerships
  • Operations, analytics, and reporting across live SaaS metrics
  • Academic and enterprise partnership development (UCD and beyond)

What we're looking for

  • Someone who executes first and asks questions second
  • Comfortable producing structured outputs: documents, analyses, workflows, content
  • Strong analytical thinking and clear, confident communication
  • Ability to operate independently without daily check-ins
  • Genuine belief in the mission: closing the academic-to-employment gap
  • No specific degree or prior experience required — execution is the only filter

Yes. We are fully remote-first. Napblog Limited is registered in County Dublin, Ireland, but candidates from anywhere in the world are welcome as long as you can work independently in a remote environment.
