The work you’ve already done is worth more than your CV.
Employers want experience, and you can’t get experience without a job. Nap OS breaks that loop. Upload the project work you’ve already done and be found by employers who hire on demonstrated work instead of CVs.
Free to join. Free to be listed. Free to be hired. Nap OS opens at os.napblog.com. Privacy policy

The catch-22 is real, and it isn’t your fault
Applications, no replies
Employers screen for experience. Every rejection teaches you nothing, because nobody tells you why.
A CV is a claim, not proof
“Strong analytical skills” means nothing until someone has seen you produce something and checked it.
International graduates have it hardest
You arrive qualified, and the first question is about local experience you were never given the chance to get.
Come and find us at the RDS
Bring a project, an assignment, a portfolio — anything you’ve made. We’ll tell you honestly how an employer would read it, and set you up in five minutes.

We’ll look at your work with you
Honestly, and out loud — how an employer reads what you’ve made, and what to change.
We’ll set you up in five minutes
Join free at the stand and leave with a profile employers can actually find.
We’ll answer the awkward questions
How to explain a gap. What to do with no local experience. Whether an unpaid programme is worth your time.
Three steps. The first two are free.
Show your work
Upload a project you’ve already done — a college assignment, a campaign, an analysis, a build. Add what you did and what came out of it. Free.
Be found
Employers search Nap OS by what people have actually produced. They see the work before they see the CV. Free.
Go deeper, if you want to
Choose a real industry brief, work it between one and ten hours a week, and have it reviewed one-to-one against published criteria. €49.99 a month, and entirely optional.
You never pay to be found or to be hired. You pay only if you want supervision.
Anyone can issue a certificate. We answer the phone.
When a background screening company or an employer contacts us about a member, we confirm the facts of their record — the dates, the hours, the outputs, the skills demonstrated, and who reviewed the work. The same way any employer confirms someone’s history.
We have already processed employer verification requests this way. That is the difference between a badge a platform gives itself and evidence that survives a background check.

Hiring graduates? See the work before you hire.
A wrong early-career hire costs upwards of €15,000, and a CV gives you no way to avoid it. You describe the role; the platform drafts a short project brief and assessment criteria, which you edit and approve. Candidates apply by submitting completed work and a one-minute video instead of a CV.
Comparable submissions
Structured work against consistent criteria — not a stack of unstructured CVs.
Verifiable records
Every candidate’s project history independently checkable with us.
€500 per month
No placement fees and no commission on hires. Cancel any time.
Careers services: we supply what placements can’t
Student demand for work experience is not your constraint — host capacity is. Nap OS produces structured, supervised project experience where a placement is not available, and hands back the documentation. We have acted as industry host partner to University College Dublin and to Grenoble École de Management, completing each institution’s own reporting.
Questions people actually ask
Is it really free?
Yes. Joining, publishing your work, being found and being hired all cost nothing, and always will. The only paid part is optional one-to-one supervision at €49.99 a month.
I don’t have any projects yet. Can I still join?
Yes. Join free and start with a college assignment or something you built for yourself — most people underestimate what counts. If you want a structured brief to work from, that’s what the paid tier gives you.
Will this get me a job?
No platform can promise that, and we won’t. What we can tell you is that fifty-plus people have gone from this programme into employment, and that employers here see demonstrated work rather than a CV.
Is the paid programme an internship?
No. It is a self-directed learning programme — you choose the projects and the hours, you keep everything you produce, and it is unpaid work experience rather than employment. We say exactly that to any employer who asks.
Who owns the work I do?
You do. We don’t take ownership of it, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to build our own products.
What do you do with my data?
It stays in the EU, we never sell it, and we don’t use it to train AI models. Our privacy policy says so in plain words at the top rather than in the small print.
