Ask what to build. Not what to write.
A CV is a claim. A finished, verified project is evidence. This adviser answers from what Nap OS has actually published — 100 questions, ten project briefs and the verification model — and tells you what to build next.
Learn → Build → Verify → Prove → Hire
Before you type. Nothing leaves your browser unless you choose to send it — then Napblog Limited stores it and a person reads it. Please do not type visa, health or financial details: the adviser will not discuss them and they are stripped before anything is stored. Privacy policy.
Universities teach.
Nap OS proves. Employers hire.
Project-based hiring uses practical project evidence alongside the usual recruitment information. It does not replace CVs, interviews, qualifications or human judgement. It adds the one thing none of them carry: proof of work.
Learn
Your course, your reading, your own curiosity. Nap OS does not replace any of it.
Build
One project small enough to finish, with a written brief and a named output.
Verify
An independent reviewer assesses it against criteria published in advance.
Prove
It becomes a portfolio record an employer can read — and check with us directly.
Hire
A person decides. Always a person. The evidence just makes the decision possible.
Three groups, one question
Nap OS is not only for students, and not only for international students. The adviser adjusts to whichever of these you are.
For students & graduates
Come and ask: what could I build to demonstrate this?
- A brief you can finish in 15–40 hours
- Evidence that survives a screening call
- Free to join, free to be listed, free to be hired
For job seekers
Come and ask: how do I make my existing skills readable here?
- Experience from another country made legible
- A route through the experience Catch-22
- An Irish reviewer on Irish-market work
For employers
Come and ask: what could we see before we interview?
- Employer-defined challenges, no obligation either way
- Verification by phone or email, directly with us
- A pipeline before the vacancy exists
Generic AI answers a career question. It does not build the evidence.
There is nothing wrong with asking a general assistant about your career. It is often useful. But an employer is not asking what you know — they are asking what you can demonstrate, and that is a different problem.

Nap OS does not claim to know what any employer will decide. Hiring decisions are human and organisation-specific, and no AI system at Nap OS makes or recommends a decision about a person. The aim is narrower and more useful: make the evidence that reaches the human decision-maker better structured and easier to understand.
Come and tell us
the real thing.
The official event runs 11:00-17:00 and is free for students, graduates and job seekers, with more than 80 employers recruiting across graduate jobs and internships. Bring a project, an assignment, a portfolio, or nothing at all.

100 questions about project-based hiring
Every answer the adviser gives comes from this list, the project briefs and the verification model. Nothing else. If it is not here, the adviser says so.
Nothing matches that. Ask the adviser above — it will tell you honestly if Nap OS has not published an answer.
The most powerful answer to
“what can you do?”
is “here is what I built.”
Free to join. Free to be listed. Free to be hired. That has not changed and it is not a launch offer.
