For the past decade, I have dedicated my work to one question:
Why is the journey from education to meaningful work still so unpredictable?
Like millions of others, I experienced the uncertainty myself—as a student, job seeker, entrepreneur, and researcher. Instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem, I decided to build.
That journey became Nap OS.
Nap OS is a Workforce Operating System designed to help individuals build verifiable experience while enabling employers to make more informed hiring decisions. Our ambition is simple: create better infrastructure for careers, employability, and workforce development.
This wasn’t an idea created inside a boardroom.
It has been shaped through conversations with students, graduates, job seekers, employers, recruiters, entrepreneurs, mentors, educators, and professionals who shared a common frustration with how careers are built today.
Every conversation strengthened one belief:
The future of work deserves better infrastructure.
Where We Are Today?
Nap OS is no longer just an idea.
We have:
- A live product.
- Paying members.
- Early employer engagement.
- An expanding professional network.
- Ongoing validation through Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers Programme as we continue refining product-market fit and preparing for long-term growth.
There is still a long journey ahead.
But the foundation has been built.
The Next Chapter
One founder cannot build a global company alone.
Research created the vision.
Execution will build the future.
Rather than assembling a traditional executive team, I’m looking to build a founding leadership team—people who think like owners from the very beginning.
I’m looking for experienced leaders who want to help create a company with global ambition and lasting impact.
Who We’re Looking For?
Beginning in 2027, Nap OS intends to expand its leadership team across areas such as:
- Technology
- Product
- Operations
- Marketing
- Finance
- Commercial Growth
- Partnerships
As the company grows, additional executive and advisory opportunities will naturally emerge.
More important than job titles is finding people who genuinely want to build.
Ownership, Not Employment
Nap OS is an early-stage company.
We cannot yet compete with the compensation packages offered by established corporations.
Instead, we’re looking for people who understand that building something meaningful often creates far greater long-term value than joining something already established.
For the right leaders, we intend to offer meaningful equity ownership, structured around:
- long-term commitment,
- clearly defined responsibilities,
- performance,
- and standard vesting arrangements.
Our goal is simple:
Everyone who helps build long-term value should share in creating it.
Who Will Thrive Here?
We’re especially interested in leaders with significant experience in areas such as:
- Scaling technology companies
- Building SaaS products
- Enterprise sales
- Product leadership
- Marketing and growth
- Operations
- Finance
- Workforce technology
- Global business development
Experience matters.
But character matters more.
We’re looking for people who:
- Think long term.
- Enjoy solving meaningful problems.
- Are comfortable building from uncertainty.
- Lead with humility and integrity.
- Care more about creating lasting impact than collecting titles.
My Role
People often assume that every founder wants to remain CEO forever.
I don’t.
My greatest strengths—and where I create the most value—are in research, systems thinking, product innovation, and identifying the next generation of workforce problems worth solving.
As Nap OS evolves, leadership responsibilities should naturally align with the strengths of the people building the company.
My ambition is not to control every function.
It’s to build an exceptional team capable of creating something far greater than any one individual could achieve alone.
The Vision
I believe every person deserves a trusted pathway from learning to meaningful work.
I believe employers deserve greater confidence when hiring.
I believe experience should be measurable.
I believe employability should be earned through demonstrated capability.
And I believe technology can create a more transparent, trustworthy workforce ecosystem for everyone.
That is why Nap OS exists.
An Invitation
If you’ve spent years building products, scaling businesses, leading teams, or growing companies—and you’re looking for one meaningful opportunity to help shape the future of work—I would genuinely enjoy getting to know you.
I’m not simply looking for executives.
I’m looking for builders.
People who want to create something that could improve millions of careers over the next decade.
If that resonates with you, let’s start a conversation.
The future of work won’t be built by one founder.
It will be built by people who choose to build it together.
