Negativity
Feels heavy.
Loud opinions.
Silent doubts.
Constant criticism.
Rooms that
Drain energy
Without saying a word.
Suffocation
Begins there.
When every thought
Is questioned.
Every step
Is monitored.
Every attempt
Is doubted.
Out-of-box thinking
Starts
When I stop asking —
“Why is this happening to me?”
And start asking —
“What is this
Trying to show me?”
Negativity
Compresses space.
Limits expression.
Creates hesitation
Where courage
Was ready.
Suffocation
Is the response
To misalignment.
To environments
That resist growth.
To conversations
That shrink confidence.
To expectations
That silence curiosity.
I used to absorb it.
Internalize it.
Let it
Redefine
My direction.
But pressure
Reveals truth.
Negativity
Exposes boundaries.
Shows me
Where I no longer
Belong.
What I should
No longer accept.
Suffocation
Sharpens awareness.
Who supports me?
Who doubts me?
Who limits me?
It turns noise
Into signals.
Criticism
Into clarity.
Doubt
Into decision.
Out-of-box thinking
Is not avoiding
Negativity.
It’s decoding it.
Understanding
That discomfort
Points to growth edges.
That resistance
Signals change.
That pressure
Demands expansion.
Negativity
Tries to close
Possibilities.
Suffocation
Forces new
Openings.
I don’t fear
The tightness
Anymore.
I read it.
It says —
Outgrow this.
Outthink this.
Outlive this.
And when I move
Beyond
Limiting noise —
Negativity
Loses power.
Because suffocation
Didn’t stop me.
It redirected me.
