Inter-Subjective Reality (Rules Social Order)

1 min read

Reality
is not always
what I see.

Sometimes
it is what
we agree to see.

Money.

Nations.

Laws.

Status.

None of them
exist physically
like trees
or mountains.

Yet they control
human behavior
with precision.

This is
inter-subjective reality.

A shared belief
held by many minds.

Strong enough
to shape systems.

Strong enough
to create order.

If everyone believes
a piece of paper
has value,

it becomes currency.

If everyone believes
a boundary exists,

it becomes a nation.

If everyone believes
in a rule,

it becomes law.

The power
is not in the object.

It is in
collective agreement.

This realization
changes perspective.

I begin to see
how invisible structures
govern visible actions.

Why people obey.

Why systems function.

Why order exists.

Not because
of physical force alone,

but because
of shared meaning.

Inter-subjective reality
is fragile.

If belief breaks,

systems collapse.

Trust disappears.

Chaos enters.

That is why
stories matter.

Narratives matter.

Symbols matter.

They sustain belief.

They maintain order.

But awareness
creates responsibility.

If I understand
these systems are constructed,

I can question them.

Refine them.

Even redesign them.

Because society
is not fixed.

It is negotiated
every day.

Through belief.

Through participation.

Through acceptance.

Or rejection.

I am not
outside this system.

I am part of it.

Contributing
to the reality
we all experience.

So I ask myself,

what beliefs
am I reinforcing?

What systems
am I supporting?

Because inter-subjective reality

is not just
something I live in.

It is something

I help create

every single day.
