These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nap OS platform and related services provided by Napblog Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in Dublin, Ireland. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nap OS (os.napblog.com), Napblog (napblog.com), or any associated services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Nap OS, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan (Explorer)

The Explorer plan provides limited access to Nap OS features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.

Paid Plans (Nappers Streak & Institution)

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified
  • The Nappers Streak plan includes a 14-day free trial
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods

Nappers Streak Scholarship

Users who maintain a daily consistency streak may earn a 50% discount on their subscription. Scholarship eligibility, criteria, and duration are determined at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Nap OS, including portfolio posts, projects, and professional data ("User Content"). By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fabricated portfolio data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorisation
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to the platform without permission
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. NapAI

NapAI provides AI-powered career coaching and recommendations. While NapAI is trained on real career outcomes, its suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional career advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following NapAI recommendations.

7. Verification and Portfolio Scores

Nap OS provides evidence-based verification and portfolio scoring through our BCDS algorithm. Scores are generated based on available data and our proprietary methodology. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that scores are error-free. Verification badges indicate data has been authenticated through our system, not that outcomes are guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nap OS platform, including its design, features, code, algorithms, trademarks (including "Nap OS", "NapAI", "Nappers Streak", "BCDS"), and documentation, is the intellectual property of Napblog Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Nap OS integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Kaggle, Google Analytics, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napblog Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nap OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
