We don't hire on resumes.
We hire on execution.
At Napblog Limited, credibility is earned through completed work and measurable results. The only way to join us is to prove what you can do — inside Nap OS.

Maintain a 14-Day Streak
Complete the 14-day execution sprint. Log in daily, execute real tasks, track your activity, and build tangible outputs. Consistency is the first filter — not your CV.
Produce Real Outputs
During your sprint, produce at least one tangible deliverable — a document, spreadsheet, analysis, audit, content asset, or workflow. Evidence of execution is your application.

Portfolio-First Internship
About Napblog Limited
Napblog Limited builds Nap OS, an execution operating system designed to convert real work into verifiable evidence of employability. Nap OS bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world application by evaluating individuals based on demonstrated execution rather than theoretical knowledge, attendance, or certifications.
The system focuses on outcomes, traceability, and evidence-backed performance, enabling individuals to build credible portfolios through consistent, real-world execution. Napblog Limited operates with a strict execution-first philosophy where credibility is earned only through completed work and measurable results.
Role Description
This is a remote, portfolio-first internship opportunity designed around an outcome-based execution model. This role is not evaluated on hours worked, attendance, or resumes. Instead, evaluation is based entirely on execution evidence and tangible outputs.
Before any interview or long-term opportunity, selected applicants will complete a 14-day execution sprint using Nap OS to demonstrate real work. During this sprint, candidates will independently execute small, real tasks, log their activity using an execution tracker, and produce at least one tangible output such as a document, spreadsheet, analysis, audit, content asset, or workflow.
There is no interview prior to the execution sprint. Decisions are made based on demonstrated ownership, consistency, and quality of execution. Candidates who perform well may be invited to continue into an extended internship, structured execution track, project-based opportunities, or exit with a documented portfolio of verified work.
What You'll Gain
- A verified, evidence-backed portfolio of real work on Nap OS
- Hands-on experience with a live SaaS product used by real users
- Documented execution history that recruiters can verify instantly
- Exposure to product development, content, analytics, and operations
- Potential pathway to extended internship or project-based roles
- Direct mentorship from the Nap OS founding team in Dublin
Qualifications
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working independently and are motivated by outcomes rather than supervision.
- Ability to execute tasks consistently and take ownership of work
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication of outcomes
- Ability to produce structured evidence of work
- Self-motivated — no daily supervision provided
- Comfortable being evaluated on execution, not attendance or hours
Prior experience with specific tools is not mandatory — execution quality matters more than existing credentials.
This Role is Not For You If...
- You're seeking passive learning or theory-based training
- You expect guaranteed placement or certificates
- You want resume-only validation without real execution
- You're uncomfortable with independent, self-directed work

Questions from candidates
This is an outcome-based internship, not a time-based one. You're not trading hours for pay — you're building a verified portfolio of real work that you own forever. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional execution may progress to paid project-based work or extended roles.
Candidates who demonstrate strong execution, consistency, and ownership during the sprint may be invited to continue into an extended internship, structured execution track, or project-based opportunity. Those who choose not to continue still leave with a documented, verifiable portfolio.
No. We evaluate execution quality, not pre-existing credentials. Whether you're in marketing, data, content, development, or operations — what matters is your ability to execute tasks, produce outputs, and demonstrate ownership.
After emailing support@napblog.com with your cover letter, CV, and Nap OS portfolio link, our team will review your Nap OS activity and sprint outputs. You'll receive a response within 7 business days.
Yes. This is a fully remote role. While Napblog Limited is registered in County Dublin, Ireland, candidates from anywhere in the world are welcome to apply as long as they can work independently in a remote environment.
The 14-day execution sprint is the minimum requirement. If you break the streak, you can restart it. Consistency is a core value at Napblog — we use it as the primary filter because it reflects how you'll work with us.
